Legacy Tax & Consulting LLC is owned by Debbie Liggett-Dixon, CPA, CEPA. With over 30 years of CPA experience at Big 4 and Regional Firms, I specialize in providing exceptional tax and consulting services, focusing on exceeding client expectations and fostering lasting relationships. My clients are more than just clients; they are partners in achieving lasting legacies.

I am skilled in the areas of state, local, federal, international taxation, business sales/acquisitions, tax controversy, exit planning and much more for businesses and individuals. I dare to be different, thinking outside the box to provide outstanding tax services tailored to help optimize my clients' financial outcomes and legacy planning. I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

In my spare time, I love keeping current with tax developments (yes, I am the ultimate tax nerd). Also, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places with my family, biking, hiking, pickleball, bocce, and golf as well as attending any type of live event.
